Paul Ogwu

Executive Director Institutional and Sustainable Development Foundation. Paul Ogwu is an international development expert. His area of interest include research in the following areas Climate change, politics, public policy, economic governance, political economy, social and developmental issues.

He has an MSC (International development) from the University of Birmingham UK, MPIA Masters in Public and International affairs from the University of Lagos, Postgraduate certificate in Education (Senior phase and further education and training) University of South Africa, Level 6 Advanced Diploma in human resource management from ABE UK and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
