Green skills are very relevant as skills of the future due to the increasing role in ensuring sustainable environment, reduction in unemployment, poverty alleviation measure and bridging the skill gaps in our system. Technical and vocational education could be a key way to integrate green skills into the education system. For example, vocational schools could offer training in sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, and other green technologies.
